Carrot Cake

Classically moist and flavorful carrot cake with cream cheese frosting- nuts optional. (Always made gluten free bc after numerous taste tests it's better that way- we promise!) Decorated with a rustic cream cheese swirl, and sprinkle of cinnamon. 

Decorated with simple swirls and cinnamon sprinkles. 8" size pictured.
