Based on details we discuss, inspiration pictures you’ve accumulated, my suggestions and our brainstorming, I’ll design a visual and descriptive concept for your new or renovated space. This can be a guide for you to incorporate yourself, or I can include floor plans, mood boards, furnishing options, lighting plan, material selection – all the things - which I help you implement.
Color Palette & Paint Consultation
Based on discussions with you and a visit to your home, I’ll pull together a color plan, whether it’s for your entire home, a single room, or a general palette for you to build upon. I can also help you implement the plan by selecting paint colors, coordinating fabrics, furnishings and accessories to tie the space(s) together.
Space Planning
I’ll review your space and we’ll discuss how you use the room(s), taking into consideration traffic patterns, flow, efficiency and aesthetics. These will be used to design and optimize furniture placement that is practical, balanced and beautiful.
Furnishings
Whether a single room or the entire house, I can develop a furnishing plan that best suits the space and your needs. We can incorporate special pieces that you currently own and/or discover new pieces that are perfect for the new style and space. I will help you facilitate sourcing, procurement and installation.
Styling
This service is basically putting a fresh set of eyes on your space to redesign, rearrange and rethink. We’ll consider existing furniture, accessories, textiles and artwork and determine the need for new pieces, then work to create a personalized and inviting space.
Materials Selection
With a renovation or new build, there are so many important decisions to make. I can help select countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, bath and kitchen fixtures, wall treatments, textiles – to ensure a cohesive look and feel throughout your home.
