Karin Tuck Dynner Petersen is a fiber artist who lives in Austin. She is inspired by scenes of nature during outings and travel. Her subjects range from landscapes to detailed images of flowers. She sews layers of textiles to create a tranquil journey, evoking all senses. She has a strong interest in environmental issues. Pertersen has a BFA from Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, CA.
